Vern Gazzola, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the company, playing a pivotal role in guiding its strategic direction and long-term growth. Despite his executive role, Vern remains remarkably hands-on, actively overseeing both the Asphalt Plant and Winter Maintenance/Construction operations. Virgil Gazzola, plays a vital role in the company’s daily operations, overseeing all construction and winter maintenance activities. With extensive hands-on experience in the field, Virgil brings practical knowledge and strong leadership to every project. He is responsible for managing the team of superintendents and crews, ensuring that each job is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Virgil's deep understanding of on-site operations, combined with his ability to coordinate complex logistics, makes him an invaluable asset to the company’s continued success and solid reputation in the industry.
Chief Financial Officer
Kirk Zavitz, brings a strong background in Finance and Marketing Operations, providing strategic financial leadership across all areas of the business. As CFO, Kirk is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. He plays a key role in setting competitive and sustainable pricing for projects and materials, ensuring profitability while maintaining value for clients. Kirk also manages the financial oversight of both construction projects and the Asphalt Plant operations, ensuring cost control, efficiency, and accountability at every level.
