In the position of Full-Time Millwright / Welder, you will be a key member of the Gazzola Paving Limited Operations and Equipment Maintenance Team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the maintenance, repair, and reliable operation of our asphalt plant, asphalt paving equipment, and winter maintenance fleet. Must be available 24 hours per day 7 days per week and able to respond to the yard location (529 Carlingview Drive - Etobicoke, ON M9W 5H2) within 1 hour for winter season (November 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027).
We are currently looking for multiple Combination Snow Plow / Spreader Operators to join our winter team. We are looking for a dispatcher to operate our Winter Snow Desk from October 15, 2026 to April 7, 2027 at our Gazzola Paving Yard (529 Carlingview Drive). This position is responsible for liaising between the clients, supervisors and drivers to ensure winter operations are done in a timely fashion and are handled professionally and accurately. We are currently looking for multiple Combination Snow Plow /Anti-Icing Operators to join our winter team. All operators are paid a weekly standby rate to be on call and available. When call-in operators will be paid an hourly rate.
