The leadership recognized that unconscious biases—automatic, unintentional assumptions people make based on background, culture, or experience—can influence decision-making, teamwork, and workplace dynamics in subtle but impactful ways. By implementing this training across all levels of the organization, Gazzola Paving aims to raise awareness, reduce prejudice, and ensure that all employees feel valued and empowered.
