In the position of an Asphalt Plant Scale House Operator, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting the Asphalt Plant Operator with weighing all trucks and printing all asphalt tickets for various mix shipped during the shift. You will be a key member of the Asphalt Plant operation. Your typical day will begin at 8:00 pm to 5:00 am.
Your tasks will include: - Weighing-out all trucks and print an asphalt or aggregate ticket for each load of material shipped
- Keep track of the trucks during the shift to make sure each is running efficiently and staying in line
- Communicate with the Asphalt Crews to ensure we are shipping the right material to them at the right time, placing trucks on hold when required
- Communicate with the truck drivers and sign out trucks at the end of the shift

Qualifications: - Strong computer skills are required
- Experience working with Jonas Scale Software or at an asphalt plant is a strong asset delivering construction equipment, materials, and job site supplies
- Good communication skills, with ability to listen and follow direction effectively
