One unique attribute that our plant offers is a batch facility combined with a coater two facility. This allows us to create custom mixes and small batches required by some of our customers while still allowing us to have the capacity to service larger volume jobs. In turn, this means that FOB customers do not have to wait or place minimum orders on some specialty mixes like HL1 and HL8HS. Our plant has the latest technology and uses current methods of production to produce the highest quality of hot mix available. Gazzola's plant has six hot storage silos which is capable of storing enough mix so customers can pave all day without having to wait for more to be produced or have their load get cold. Our 2" and ¾" crushed concrete meets and surpasses all of the MTO specification and is accepted by the MTO as an equivalent to higher stone. Gazzola's crushed concrete product is made from 100% recycled material. Gazzola Paving Ltd. has been producing, selling and laying our recycled aggregates for over 20 years. Pile control is essential in maintaining recycled aggregate products. Our recycled aggregate is consistently being monitored to provide the highest quality and is tested by independent Quality Controller to ensure the best recycled aggregate in Toronto. We stock pile the most popular aggregates from virgin limestone to screenings. Our plant also has an inventory of 100% crushed asphalt, the perfect product for a gravel parking.
